Q: What’s Substack?

A: Yarn Bay runs on Substack, an online publishing service.

When you become a member, a Substack account is created for you using the email you used when you signed up.

To access your account settings, click here.


Q: How Do I Sign Into My Substack Account?

A: You can sign in by clicking here and entering your email. You’ll then get a sign in link sent to your inbox.

If it doesn’t arrive, or you can’t login, please email my personal assistant Zachary Kai via support@yarnbay.org.

Q: How Do I Receive The Weekly Letters?

When you become a free member, you’ll receive your welcome email with the subject line: So glad to have you as the newest Member!

It’ll take a few minutes to arrive. If it doesn’t come through by the next day, please email my personal assistant

Q: I’ve Stopped Getting The Letters. What Happened?

Sometimes your weekly letters may appear in the ‘Promotions’ or ‘Spam’ folder in your inbox. So, if they don’t arrive, check both of those places.

If you find them in ‘Promotions’, move them back to your main inbox.

If they’re in ‘Spam’, mark them as ‘not spam.’ Add the email you receive your weekly letters from to your contacts: jodiemorgan@substack.com

And if you still can’t find them, please email my personal assistant

Q: How Do I Cancel My Membership?

If you want to stop receiving your weekly letters, you need to click here, and press the red ‘unsubscribe’ button.

If you want to cancel your membership, click here.

Replying to an issue preview with ‘unsubscribe’, ‘remove me’, or ‘cancel’, won’t cancel your membership.

A: Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. There are no long-term commitments, and you can easily manage your membership as needed.
